With a background rich in both entrepreneurial and educational experiences, Tina has dedicated her career to supporting undergraduate and postgraduate students in achieving their global educational goals.

Before establishing RITI Consulting, Tina successfully ran a chain of preschools and creches under the World of Children brand for a decade. Her work in early childhood education involved developing educational programs, managing daily operations, and creating a nurturing environment for young learners. This experience honed her leadership and organizational skills, which she now applies in her role as an overseas career counsellor.
